Part-Time, Imaging Front Desk Representative
Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine Associates (CNSA) is seeking a Part-Time, Imaging Front Desk Representative. This is a private, medical practice where you will work with our team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Hours of the position are Tuesday – Thursday 5:00pm – 10:00pm, and Saturday 7:00am – 5:00pm. With the potential of Sunday’s 7:00am-5:00pm.
It is preferred that the individual:
- Has experience in medical office
- Ability and Knowledge of Pre-certing
- Able to check patients in, and collect co-pays
- Has knowledge of all the HIPAA regulations
- Able to interact with patients and physicians
- Has EMR experience
- Must be attentive to details, able to quickly to respond to staff needs, and provide good documenting skills along with clear verbal and written communication skills
