Advancing Neurosurgery and Spine Care Together

CNSA NowOneTeam

For generations, patients and families have trusted Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates (CNSA) and Atrium Health to provide expert care for conditions of the brain, spine and peripheral nerves.

We’re deepening our longstanding partnership to deliver even more connected care as one team. Seven CNSA clinics in the Greater Charlotte area joined Atrium Health on October 1, 2025, and the CNSA Greensboro clinic will become part of Atrium Health on May 1, 2026.

CNSA’s relationship and care pathways with other health systems will remain unchanged and we will continue operating at trusted partner hospitals. Patients will continue receiving care from the same trusted providers, in the same convenient locations, now supported by the combined strength of Atrium Health and CNSA.

Together, we’re deepening our longstanding partnership to create the most comprehensive neurosurgery and spine program in the Greater Charlotte region. As one team, we’re making care more seamless, more complete and more advanced than ever before.
