Who Can Benefit From Our Program?
Golfers of all ages and skill levels can benefit from the Golf Rehabilitation and Fitness Program at Carolina Neurosurgery at Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates. We help junior golfers who are just getting started, patients who are recovering from spine surgery, weekend warriors trying to improve their physical conditioning, and retirees who want to get back out on the golf course. Our program can be effective for other sports as well, including tennis, baseball, and lacrosse.

At your first consultation, you will be examined and evaluated based on 8 to 10 physical assessments, including flexibility in the thoracic spine, balance, core strength, and hip movement. A customized program will then be developed to address your individual goals. We welcome videos of your golf swing and your golf pro’s assessment, if available.
