For more than three decades, Michael Barnes has lived life in motion. He is a lifelong athlete, a personal trainer, and someone drawn to extreme physical challenges. That fearless lifestyle eventually caught up with him. His story stands as a reminder of resilience, discipline, and the power of expert and compassionate spine care.

For nearly eight years, Starlita lived in a world consumed by sound. It was a relentless. Doctors eventually diagnosed her with pulsatile tinnitus. This is her story and how a procedure with Atrium Health and CNSA changed everyhting in her life.

Tim’s battle with back pain began decades ago when he first injured his back in his early 20s while working part-time in landscaping. Over the years, the pain made it harder for Tim to live the life he loved. In his early 60s, Tim’s pain became so intense that it left him relying on a walker. Tim finally consulted with CNSA, and was diagnosed with a herniated disc. He underwent a lumbar laminectomy and decompression to relieve the pressure on his nerves. The transformation was instant and life-changing. Tim was not only able to walk again, but he was soon back to doing the things he loved like; golfing, swimming, and enjoying his life without the crippling pain that once defined his days.
