Biography
Graham Martin, PA-C, joins CNSA as a board-certified physician assistant dedicated to helping patients navigate neurologic and spine conditions with clarity, purpose and partnership. His journey into healthcare was inspired by his own injury in high school, tearing his ACL, which sparked both his appreciation for rehabilitation and his desire to guide others through their recoveries.
Graham completed both his undergraduate and graduate PA studies at Wingate University in North Carolina, and he developed a strong interest in minimally invasive procedures and the neurologic system during his PA clinical rotations in the Charlotte area. Though he did not rotate at CNSA as a student, multiple classmates now working here spoke highly of the organization’s culture and team during Graham’s interview process.
In practice, Graham emphasizes a goal-oriented, patient-specific model of care. He works alongside his patients to define their individual goals, review their unique medical circumstances and actively engage them in shared decision-making. He always encourages patients to hold onto something that motivates them, especially when recovery or treatment gets tough.
Outside of work, Graham enjoys playing golf, watching football and discovering new local restaurants and coffee shops around Charlotte with his fiancée and their newly adopted dog. Graham is excited to bring his passion, commitment and collaborative mindset to the CNSA team.
