Biography
Maddie enjoys caring for patients with both brain and spine conditions and has a strong interest in research. Her path to becoming a physician assistant began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, followed by benchtop research experience in a laboratory before attending PA school at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. She has worked in neurosurgery in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where she strengthened her skills in caring for patients with complex neurological conditions.
She values helping patients understand their diagnoses and treatment options by taking their unique circumstances into account. She believes that compassionate listening, thoughtful education, and a team-based approach help patients feel supported and empowered throughout their care. Her inspiration for this field is rooted in her love of science and her desire to help others.
Maddie was drawn to CNSA because of its long-standing reputation for excellence both locally and nationally. She appreciates the friendly, welcoming environment and the strong team-focused culture, and she is excited to continue growing as a neurosurgery APP within this community.
