Kyle L. Cabbell, MD

Biography

Kyle Cabbell, MD, a neurosurgeon specializing in vascular neurosurgery and neuro-oncology, who has served patients in the Greensboro area since 1998. Dr. Cabbell completed his undergraduate degree in Physics at Stanford University, and continued his education at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He rounded out his medical education with a residency in neurological surgery at the University of Michigan. 

For more than 20 years, Dr. Cabbell has used his knowledge and skills to help heal others. In addition to being well-loved by his patients and their families, Dr. Cabbell is highly-regarded among his peers in the medical community. 

Having accomplished his goal of becoming a neurosurgeon, Dr. Cabbell and his wife also are raising two beautiful, independent daughters who are now young adults. Similar in his role as a mentor, Dr. Cabbell prioritized preparing his daughters to face challenges - large and small, reminding them that they have him to stand beside in times they need guidance. 

Because being a neurosurgeon, husband, and father wasn’t enough, Dr. Cabbell decided mastering BBQ and baking complex French pastries would be an appropriate challenge for his free time. Connecting with his patients on this human level only enhances Dr. Cabbell’s ability to provide excellent patient care.
